I extract knowledge from founders and executives and turn it into content that sells
It took me two years to understand what I’m doing and for whom.
I’ve been stuck in this loop where I thought I was selling content writing. But that’s not what I do.
I extract knowledge from founders and executives who can’t articulate it themselves and turn it into content that gets them recognition and visibility, and translates into sales.

From content writer to knowledge articulator
This month, I had 3 conversations that helped me realize the actual value I bring to my clients.
The first one was with Mike, a US marketing strategist who’s been in the trenches for 40 years, a brilliant mind who crafted marketing strategies when there was no ChatGPT, no fancy AI tools, and no shortcuts. He used to close himself in a hotel room for one week, with food delivered, squeezing his brain until he came up with ideas and built campaigns for clients such as Coca-Cola, HP, Intel, and American Express.
The second one was with Andrew, a self-made millionaire from Bucharest, Romania. He has 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, and now he runs a software company that serves global clients. He wrote a book and has delivered over 100 keynotes at international events on marketing and business growth.
The third discussion was with Julian, a good friend from Romania, one of the best business consultants I have ever met. He’s a product strategist who’s spent the last decade helping tech startups find product-market fit. He’s the guy who can look at your business and immediately see the Input – System – Output – Outcome, or, if he doesn’t see it, he can help you build it.
All three of them told me the same thing, in different ways:
“You’re not selling what you think you’re selling.”
Mike said it directly: “I simply can’t articulate some things.” He has incredible insights, but he gets stuck. He starts writing, but he can’t finish anything because articulating his thoughts and ideas is painful for him.
And then he said to me: “You started listening, then you asked the right questions, and your questions exposed so much. Now I feel I can articulate something…”
This was my “Eureka” moment.
I may not be the best writer, but I am very, very good at extracting people’s knowledge and articulating it into something clear, compelling, something that’s easy to understand.
Input → System → Output → Outcome
I take what’s in your head (Inout), run it through a methodology (System), turn it into articulated positioning (Input), that creates visibility and pipeline (Outcome):
Input
You have years or decades of knowledge and business expertise. But these unique insights are scattered, unclear, and locked inside your head.
System
I run monthly recorded interviews with you:
– I ask you questions
– I squeeze your brain
– I listen, and I map everything
That’s how I extract your knowledge.
This is a process of synthesis and articulation of:
– What your company does
– What problems it solves
– What your ideal client care about
– What is your client’s specific context
– What problems do they have
– How does your solution solves your client’s problems
The value lies in interrogation, mapping, and how I force you to focus on your best clients.
Output
Clear, articulated LinkedIn content.
This is YOUR knowledge, extracted and synthesized, and presented in YOUR own voice.
Outcome
You don’t care about LinkedIn, and I’m sure you don’t want to be an influencer. But you know you need to be on LinkedIn because you want to become a thought leader…and you want to make money.
Nobody cares about impressions or engagement. All you care about are these 3 things (not necessarily in that order):
1. Money
2. Image
3. Productivity
When your knowledge is properly extracted and articulated into LinkedIn content, this is what you get.
You didn’t become a success by accident
There are years of work and experience behind you. You solved thousands of problems and you had to reinvent yourself thousands of times. In this process, you’ve learned a lot, probably more than most people will ever know about your space.
But that knowledge is scattered.
It’s divided into layer after layer. It’s buried deep in your brain. It’s everywhere and nowhere at once. You know it, but you can’t get it out in a way that other people can understand.
I’m a miner.
I dig into your brain and extract that knowledge. I find the patterns, the insights, the thinking that led to your decisions. The knowledge that only you have because you lived it.
Then I turn it into something valuable. Into content that shows people HOW you think, WHAT you did and WHY you did it.
That’s invaluable.
Because when people understand how you think, they start to see you as the expert, and they recognize you as someone who’s actually solved real problems.
That visibility translates into recognition, which translates into conversations, that build pipeline, that generates business.
But that’s not all. When you’re visible as an expert, you get invited to podcasts, and conferences want you as a speaker. Partners seek you out, advisory boards call, and the opportunities you’ve earned finally find their way to you.
You’ve already done the hard work. Now you should earn this recognition.
You just need someone to dig it out and present it to the world.
That’s what I do.

Thanks for reading, and keep showing up!
