Their platform sits on top of HubSpot CRM and helps sales teams create error-free, professional quotes in minutes instead of relying on spreadsheets and manual workarounds.
The challenge
vloxq's product solves a real problem, but it's a hard one to explain. They sell to HubSpot agencies and sales engineers who need to understand why a CPQ layer is necessary on top of HubSpot's built-in quoting. The product is technical, the use cases are complex, and the value only becomes clear when you understand the specific pain of managing pricing, configurations, and proposals across multiple countries and currencies.
Wilma, the founder, had deep expertise and strong client results, but she had no time to turn that knowledge into content, and the complexity of the product made it even harder to know where to start.
What we did
We ran structured interviews with Wilma. From these recorded sessions we extracted content focused specifically on the topics that would resonate with HubSpot agencies and sales engineers:

Our biggest challenge was simplifying a highly technical product without dumbing down the value.
