
Flow Balance is a well-being and mind training app that helps people manage mental health, emotions, and their body through practical, daily exercises.
The challenge
Flow Balance needed to launch its app to an audience that had to trust the person behind it before they'd trust the product itself, especially in a mental health and well-being category where credibility matters more than polish. Simona Nicolaescu, a psychotherapist and the app's founder, had spent years building the product and the expertise behind it, but had no content system in place for the launch.
What we did
We built a full LinkedIn Engine for Simona: content, comments, and outreach campaigns working together, timed around the app's launch to build both visibility and direct signups from day one.

A launch built on the founder's own voice
Simona's posts drew directly on her experience as a psychotherapist and on the personal story behind building Flow Balance, giving the launch a human, credible foundation instead of a typical app-launch marketing push.
The result
In the first two weeks after launch, the fully integrated system generated 207 signups, a 29.5% reply rate on outreach campaigns, and 344 new followers.
